Sixty days to come
home to your body.
Pilates and strength, built in three phases. Nutrition that reduces inflammation rather than restricting you. And a message from me every single day.
Designed for postpartum women — and every woman ready to begin again.
Begin — $127Yours for life. No expiry, nothing to renew.
You have been meaning to start for a while now. Perhaps months. Perhaps longer.
You have tried things. An app you stopped opening. A class that moved too fast and made you feel further from your body rather than closer to it. A programme that assumed you had an hour and nobody needing you.
Maybe you are newly postpartum and everything feels unfamiliar. Maybe it has been years and you have quietly decided the window closed. Maybe you have never given birth at all, and something in you still knows it is time.
You do not need more discipline. You have plenty. You need something built for the body and the life you actually have.
That is what this is.
Three phases.
Restore
Mat work only. Breath, pelvic floor, deep core, spinal mobility. The phase most programmes skip — and the reason the other forty days work. Nothing you cannot do on a bedroom floor.
Strengthen
Load enters. Dumbbells or a kettlebell, bands, ankle weights. Pilates precision applied to real strength work — which is what makes it effective and what keeps it safe.
Unveil
Everything integrated. Full teaser, Turkish get-up, heavier lifts, longer sessions. By here you will be doing things that would have looked impossible on day one.
Three full sessions a week, two recovery days, one gentle day, one rest.
Forty to sixty minutes when it is a full session. Less on the others.
What is inside.
Honest answers.
I do not have an hour.
You do not need one. Three sessions a week run forty to sixty minutes. The other days are fifteen to twenty. And on the days you have nothing at all, there is a five-minute version that still counts — it says so inside.
I am not fit enough to start.
Phase one is breath, pelvic floor and gentle mat work. If you can lie on a floor, you can begin. That is genuinely the requirement.
I have started things before and not finished them.
So has almost everyone. There is a whole section inside on what to do when you miss days — because you will miss days, and guilt is what ends programmes far more often than difficulty does. You pick up where you left off. Never where the calendar says you should be.
Is it safe postpartum?
There is a self-check before day one, for abdominal separation, pelvic floor and breath. Every exercise has a modification. There is a clear list of signs that mean stop and get support. And you are told plainly when to see a women’s health physiotherapist first. I would rather you begin properly than quickly.
My baby is only a few weeks old.
Wait for your six-week check and your doctor’s clearance. Then begin. The programme is written for exactly that point — and equally for a woman five years on.
I do not have any equipment.
You need nothing for the first twenty days but a mat. That gives you three weeks to find some dumbbells, if you decide to keep going.
How long do I have access?
For life. Come back to day one in a year if that is when you need it.
This is not for you if you are looking for something fast. Sixty days is sixty days, and the first twenty are quiet ones.
It is not for you if you want to be shouted at. There is none of that here.
And it is not for you yet if you are under six weeks postpartum or have not been cleared to exercise. Come back. It will still be here.
I teach Pilates one to one from a studio in my home in Perth. Reformer and mat. Every session I run is built around the woman in front of me — her body, her history, her pace.
This is that, written down.
I built it for the women who come through my door, and for the ones who cannot — because they live somewhere else, or because six in the morning is the only hour that is theirs.
The daily messages are the part I care most about. They are not motivational lines. They are what I would say to you if you were on the mat in front of me, on a morning you did not want to be.
Come as you are. That is all this space ever asks of you.
What happens next.
It lives online, so there is nothing to download and nothing to print. It works on a phone, a tablet or a laptop — and on an iPhone you can add it to your home screen so it opens like an app.
Sixty days from now,
you will have done this.
Or sixty days will have passed anyway.
That is not meant as pressure. It is just true, and it is the only reason I ever say begin now rather than in the new year, or when things settle, or when you feel ready.
You will not feel ready. You will just begin.
Yours for life. No expiry, nothing to renew.
